Guru Nanak's Actual Photo - Fake?

I found this picture on Facebook, claiming to be Guru Nanak's Original picture. The description reads:

This is the orignal painting of sri guru nanak dev ji. It was painted by a muslim artist while guru ji was in mecca and sitting in front of him. Plzzz everybody like and share with your friends.

It is shared at many places including:

Sorry, I am not sure if it is real image. Internet is full of fake images of great persons. Here are my doubts:

First, I think it is a camera shot and not really a painting, as it appears.

Secondly, we know that painting and making portraits is Un-Islamic (this is why they don't have any image of Mohd), so how could they make painting of Guru Nanak in Mecca?

I think this is part of a propaganda to connect Sikhs with Muslims which is having serious consequence (racist violence in the West).

We should know the true history of all Sikh Gurus. Whole of India (except Muslims) are greatly indebted to Sikh Gurus and their sacrifices. My respects and reverence.
