Is Shah Rukh Khan anti-India?

If you read newspapers daily, you must have come across below mentioned news. Or may be not. But answer to the question given in the title "Is Shah Rukh Khan Anti-India?" not so easy to answer. If being pro-Pakistan is called anti-India, then I fear SRK is more towards "yes" than straight "no". It is surprising that while he played roles in Indian Bollywood movies being a Hindu, with most famous name of "Rahul", he shows solidarity wards Pakistan every once in a while. So I think he deserves some criticism at least on this account.

Pakistan's new ISI chief, Lt Gen Zahir-ul-Islam, is the nephew of Indian National Army hero Shah Nawaz Khan and through him, shares a tenuous link with Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.


Shah Rukh wanted to recruit Pak players

Kolkata Knight Riders have exhausted their quota of foreign cricketers but they would have loved to have Pakistani players in their ranks, co-owner of the IPL franchisee Shah Rukh Khan said. "We did have a number of them in the first IPL and in the second, no Pakistani player was allowed to play. This year, we don’t have any more slot left. But if we had and they are made available legally, we would have loved to have them,” the actor said.

Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan is being criticized by the Shiv Sena or SS and the Maharashtra Navanirman Sena or MNS chiefs for hosting a dinner party in London on Sunday for a Pakistani TV Channel where along with the dinner there is a fashion show and a dance show scheduled to be held.

The Shiv Sena (SS) and the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) have targeted actor Shah Rukh Khan for agreeing to help Pakistan's flood victims.  The Sena claims that the actor will host a dinner party at a restaurant in London on Sunday for a Pakistani TV channel. The event will also include a fashion show and a song-and-dance event. The paper also alleges that while the country mourns the victims of the 26/11 terror attack, the actor is "going to dance and sing" for a Pakistani channel. There are several posts on the web about the tickets for the dinner being sold out and the top table, which will allow one to share the same with the actor, will cost ?500.

Someone asked me to refer to Yajurveda 13.42. It meant 42nd Mantra in 13th Adhyay / chapter. I tried searching for the same. I found the verse as this: Vatasya jutim varunasya nabhimashwam jagyanam sarirasya madhye. shishum nadinaam harim-adribudhnam agne ma hinsih parame vyoman.
