Advani ji can be right; Cong can be right; and BJP can also be right. Only time can tell who would be right. So we should not think on the lines media wants us to (i.e. if decision was right or wrong), but we should think if Modi is right or wrong (if we have not thought already). Most of my friends like him because he stands for progress, something which unites all of us... So if he comes to power, India has better hope. It is always good to play by your strengths and we know Modi is more powerful today than Advani ji. BJP workers on the ground want Modi to be PM candidate. And people connect with Modi (that he stands for progress) but we don't know what Advani ji stands for today (may be he stands for glorious history of our nation but it is not enough). If you read newspapers daily, you must have come across below mentioned news. Or may be not. But answer to the question given in the title "Is Shah Rukh Khan Anti-India?" not so easy to answer. If being pro-Pakistan is called anti-India, then I fear SRK is more towards "yes" than straight "no". It is surprising that while he played roles in Indian Bollywood movies being a Hindu, with most famous name of "Rahul", he shows solidarity wards Pakistan every once in a while. So I think he deserves some criticism at least on this account. Some times I find people criticizing any acknowledgement of religions by govt and want Indian govt to be completely free of religion, whatever it means. I find such positions on politics and religion a second hand copied notion from the West. Since the Western world had waged wars in the name of religion and done inquisitions, witch hunting and scientists burning, and most recently priestly abuse of kids in churches, religion is on the decline in the West. Therefore people in the West think that removing religion is the best way to make a better society. It is absurd if we copy the same scenario even in India because we are not like them and our dharma is not like their religion. I think intellectual bankruptcy makes us take used and abused positions and we imagine that we are some pseudo intellectuals going to save the world by denouncing Hinduism in the name of denouncing religion and its role.

Is it possible to appreciate a woman for her cooking; saying that she cooks very-very well? Someone questioned such appreciation saying that all women cook well and it depends on her family’s taste whether they appreciate her or not. The implying conclusion was that no woman should be appreciated for her cooking; because all women cook well. I think obviously cooking is an art (also a science as such) and just like all forms of arts there would be good and bad cooks, just like there are good and bad artists/painters/singers/actors/etc. No one is questioning one's internal feelings. A pathetic singer can sing from his heart and yet create a commotion. It is true that tastes vary and what appears more appetizing to one may not appear the same to another; but that does not mean artists can never be judged on their art. It is possible to judge a piece of art without personal biases. Hence we have different classes of artists.
